Citicentral Properties Inc. is a real estate brokerage firm based in Mandaluyong, Philippines, incorporated in the year 2015. Our principal service consists of selling and leasing real estate properties in a targeted market area. With the firm’s capabilities to network with other brokers, we sell and lease homes, condo units, and lots faster than a certain unit owner could. We are committed to success in the real estate market and adhere to the strict rules handed down by the regulatory bodies of the Philippines.  We also handle the documentation process as well as the after sales activities.

Most of the properties we cater are located within the Business District Cities of Metro Manila,which includes Makati City, Ortigas, Pasig City, Quezon City, Muntinlupa City, Manila City, Taguig City. We also handle Staycation condo units in the provinces near Metro Manila, such as Tagaytay and Batangas.

We also assist in Interior design and furniture selections with the help of our affiliate’s services, Dungca III Interior Design D3ID and products of Home Central Furniture
